Good customer service is good business and Loake shoes must have one of the best.
7 weeks ago I sent a pair of Loake shoes back to them for their comments. They were about 2 years old but had not been worn extensively. The upper seemed to be parting from the sole and a cobbler had suggested that I ask their opinion.
Loake provided a FREE returns service and received my shoes 2 days later. Last week I rung them to find out what they thought about them. They couldn’t find them but agreed that they had received them.
On Tuesday I rang to get an update. They again said they couldn’t place them and would offer me a FREE replacement pair of my choice.
Today I received my brand new Loake Erington boots that will complement my new suit perfectly.
Well done Loake, thank you.
